Once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you to discuss your project, site, ideas and budget before progressing with the concept design package.

Terms & conditions:

• From $3,500 + GST, with final fee depending on project size, complexity and design requirements.

• Package includes the site consultation, initial feasibility assessment, concept plans and preliminary construction budget.

• Concept plans are preliminary only and are not construction/BA-approved drawings.

• Preliminary budget is indicative only, not a fixed-price construction quotation.

• Any additional design revisions beyond the included allowance may incur additional fees.

• The full Concept Design & Preliminary Budget fee is credited toward the build if the client subsequently enters into an eligible construction contract with Link Building Group.

• The credit is not redeemable for cash and applies subject to the construction contract conditions.

• Any consultant/approval costs outside the package engineering, surveying, energy assessment, certifier, planning/BA fees etc. are additional.
