Link Building Group is proudly led by directors Nicholas Keir and Liam Priddle, licensed builders in the ACT and NSW with over 15 years of hands-on experience each in the residential construction industry. While their paths into construction were different, both share the same passion for quality craftsmanship and doing things properly.

For Liam, building was always in the blood. Following in his father’s footsteps, he grew up around the construction industry from a young age, developing a strong appreciation for quality workmanship, problem solving, and the satisfaction that comes from creating something built to last. That early exposure naturally led him into a career in carpentry and eventually becoming a licensed builder, bringing years of practical knowledge and experience to every project.

For Nick, hard work started early. Growing up on a farm, he learned from a young age the value of discipline, resilience, and getting the job done properly, lessons that still shape the way he approaches building today. Life on the farm taught him practical skills, work ethic, and the importance of reliability, all of which transitioned naturally into a career in carpentry and ultimately becoming a builder.

Beginning their careers as qualified carpenters, both Nick and Liam built their experience on the tools before moving into project management and licensed building. That hands-on background gives them a unique understanding of every stage of the building process from structure and detailing through to finishes and client experience. Unlike many builders who step away from the day-to-day construction side, Nick and Liam remain closely involved in each project, helping ensure quality is maintained and no detail is overlooked.
